Position Overview:
The Training Program Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the Training Instructor in the execution of the corporate training initiatives and managing the curriculum for the company's comprehensive training agenda.


Key Responsibilities:


1. Adhere to the established guidelines and timetable for training new technicians and sales personnel, which includes a week of foundational classroom instruction, a week of specialized pest control training, and a week focused on termite control techniques.


2. Manage all requests for correspondence courses related to the Advanced and Master Technician Program, as well as NPMA Field Guides and Training Objective Checklists.


3. Assemble all training manuals and laminated resources for the Commercial Pest Control training sessions.


4. Create Sales presentation materials for Sales training classes.


5. Assist the Training Instructor in selecting and implementing appropriate training materials and media.


6. Organize meals and accommodations for training events.


7. Act as the primary point of contact for any inquiries or needs related to training.


8. Administer assessments for training classes and evaluate test results as required.


9. Prepare certificates for training participants.


10. Provide ongoing training support for all field employees.


11. Maintain an up-to-date database of training participants.


12. Input data for all new hires and terminations, while also tracking the status of the Technician Advancement Program.


13. Contribute to the overall success of the team by performing additional tasks as assigned by the Training Coordinator or Director of Training.


Please note that occasional Saturday and evening work may be necessary.
