About the Role

Amplitude is seeking an AWS Business Development Representative to help build our sales pipeline with AWS. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the AWS Alliance and Partner Sales teams, representing Amplitude in early sales conversations with AWS.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive lead generation (qualified sales opportunities) with AWS and potentially other strategic partners in the future.
  • Enable and win mindshare with AWS account teams on our better together story.
  • Identify and qualify high-potential opportunities, ensuring a smooth transition to an Amplitude Account Executive.
  • Maintain expertise in our products, processes, and market trends.
  • Track and keep all joint account information up-to-date in Salesforce (SFDC).
Requirements
  • Proven experience in pipeline generation (2+ years).
  • Strong ability to build rapport and long-lasting relationships with partner field teams (Account Executives and Managers).
  • Familiarity with AWS, including its teams, programs, and terminology.
