Job Title: Healthcare Consultant for Army National Guard
Location: Columbus, OH

Estimated Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year

LADGOV CORPORATION is seeking an experienced Healthcare Consultant to provide expert advice on occupational health and safety matters to the Army National Guard. This individual will have a deep understanding of healthcare operations, with a strong background in program management and leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective healthcare strategies to improve employee well-being and reduce healthcare costs;
  • Conduct regular site assessments to identify potential hazards and develop strategies for mitigation;
  • Collaborate with state Occupational Health and Industrial Hygiene professionals to share best practices and stay current on industry developments;
  • Prepare detailed reports on findings and recommendations for senior military leadership;
  • Lead special studies and projects to improve Occupational Health services and policies.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 7 years' experience in healthcare operations, with a strong background in program management and leadership;
  • A valid RN license and knowledge of Army policies, OSHA regulations, and federal Occupational Health laws;
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to travel for assessments and inspections;
  • A strong understanding of healthcare operations and patient-centered care;
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals and objectives.
