Responsibilities
- Oversee the development and implementation of safety protocols for the Composite Army National Guard Safety Development and Assessment Program
- Collaborate with state Occupational Health and Industrial Hygiene professionals to identify areas of improvement and develop strategies to enhance our programs
- Conduct off-site assessments and travel to various states for program reviews
- Coordinate with state Occupational Health and Industrial Hygiene professionals before inspections
- Report findings to senior military leadership and provide written reports after assessments
Requirements
- Licensed registered nurse degree
- Knowledge of Army policies, Occupational Safety and Health Administration, and federal Occupational Health laws
- Ability to travel for assessments and inspections
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to conduct special projects and studies as directed
Salary Information
The estimated salary for this position is $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience.
