Job SummaryWe're seeking a dedicated Physician to serve as the attending physician for residents at our facilities. As a key member of our team, you'll collaborate with Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to manage resident care, providing high-quality, patient-centered primary care services. With a focus on delivering superior care and driving innovation, you'll have the opportunity to shape the future of healthcare.
Job Responsibilities- Collaborate with Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to manage day-to-day resident care
- Provide high-quality, patient-centered primary care services by rounding on patients residing in Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs)
- Diagnose and treat patients with acute illnesses, such as bacterial and viral infections, as well as chronic diseases and conditions, such as hypertension, heart disease, or diabetes
- Document care in our proprietary electronic health record (EHR) system, ChartEasy
- Participate in our Chronic Care Management, Transitional Care, RPM, and other medical quality initiatives and programs
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Strong medical expertise and excellent patient care skills
- Ability to supervise collaborating nurse practitioners and physician assistants
- Experience with electronic/online medical tools, such as EHR systems and state/county medical systems
We offer a competitive compensation package, with annual salaries ranging from $50,000 to $400,000, depending on employment status and availability. Additional benefits include:
