Radiology Imaging Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Radiology Technologist to join our team at K.A. Recruiting. As a Radiology Technologist, you will be responsible for performing a variety of routine and complex technical radiological procedures, under the supervision of a Radiologist. Your primary goal will be to provide high-quality patient care and maintain a safe and efficient work environment.

• Perform radiological procedures, including X-rays, CT scans, and MRI scans, according to established protocols and guidelines.
• Position patients correctly for diagnostic imaging, using your knowledge of anatomy and radiological techniques.
• Operate and maintain diagnostic imaging equipment, ensuring optimal performance and safety.
• Record patient data and maintain accurate records, using hospital systems and radiology forms.
• Communicate effectively with patients, radiologists, and other healthcare professionals, providing clear and concise information.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of best practices.

• ARRT registration or registry eligibility.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days.
• NDMIRTBE licensure (Temporary, Active/Current, or Conditional).
• Graduate of an accredited Radiology Technology program.
• Ability to position patients correctly and select appropriate techniques for diagnostic imaging.

• Diagnostic imaging experience.
• Knowledge of hospital and radiology information systems.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
