Licensed Nursing Assistant

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Nursing Assistant to join our team at Memorial Hospital. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and support to our patients and their families.
Responsibilities:
- Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Provide basic nursing care to ill patients, as delegated by the Registered Nurse.
- Assist in maintaining a safe and clean environment, adhering to infection control and safety protocols.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- Active Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) certification in the state of New Hampshire or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Maine.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time, and respond to changing patient needs.
