Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Nursing Assistant to join our team at Memorial Hospital. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and support to our patients and families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Provide basic nursing care to ill patients, including vital sign monitoring and medication administration.
  • Assist in the maintenance of a safe and clean environment, including cleaning and disinfecting patient rooms and equipment.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
Requirements
  • Active Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) certification in the state of New Hampshire or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Maine.
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient computer skills.
