About the Role

You will play a key part in the design and management of public roadway and infrastructure projects for this consultancy's diverse range of City and State agency clients.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and/or support project management of capital improvement projects for roadway and utility infrastructure in Connecticut.
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, and discrete tasks.
  • Oversee the design and production of plans, specifications, quantities, and deliverables in accordance with CTDOT standards.
  • Prepare proposals for new opportunities.
  • Provide direction, delegation, mentoring, and training to staff engineers.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering.
  • CT PE (or ability to obtain within 6-12 months of hire).
  • CTDOT experience.
  • Microstation/OpenRoads proficiency strongly preferred.
