Process Improvement Analysis

  • Creating current state Value Stream Maps (VSM) and assessing the capacity of each production cell.
  • Analyzing data from the shop floor to perform capacity calculations and evaluate cell utilization.
  • Identifying bottlenecks in processes and initiating projects to enhance performance.
  • Conducting data collection for time studies and performing Value-Added (VA), Non-Value-Added (NVA), and Required Non-Value-Added (RNVA) analyses.
Logistics and Waste Reduction

Conduct studies on material and internal supply logistics to identify inefficiencies and propose improvements aimed at:

  • Reducing indirect labor costs.
  • Supporting the implementation of process enhancements.
