Job Summary
Keller Foundations is looking for an experienced Field Engineer based out of our Houston, TX location. This role involves extensive travel within the region to gain real-world construction engineering and management experience. The ideal candidate will have a BS Degree in Civil Engineering, MS preferred, and sound technical knowledge. Responsibilities will include problem-solving, communication, and teamwork, as well as commercial instincts and a get-it-done attitude. The successful candidate will have a career path to an office Project Manager position.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations
  • Develop and implement construction plans and schedules
  • Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure successful project delivery
  • Provide technical guidance and support to project teams
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues

Qualifications
  • BS Degree in Civil Engineering, MS preferred
  • Sound technical knowledge
  • Problem-solving and commercial instincts
  • Communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to meet hectic and changing schedules and deadlines
  • Extensive travel up to three years
