Responsibilities- Partner with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate, evaluate, customize, and deliver high-quality patient-centered care.
- Assist with admission and discharge processes, ensuring seamless transitions for patients and families.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and leadership to support improved outcomes and service excellence.
- Provide coaching, feedback, and training to improve performance and engagement among team members.
- Assist with staff scheduling and resource allocation to ensure optimal unit operations.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification required within 30 days of employment start date.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support certification required within 30 days of employment start date.
- Registered Nurse (RN) licensure and a Registered Nurse Diploma.
Our Cardiac Telemetry unit is a unique and dynamic environment where nurses assess acute changes in patients, monitor and analyze heart rhythms, and intervene in emergency situations. We are a comprehensive stroke and STEMI facility, and our nurses take care of patients recovering from open-heart surgeries, heart catheterizations, and other cardiac procedures.
