Job Title: Registered Nurse - Cardiac Care

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our Cardiac Care team at Next GenHealth Staffing. As a Registered Nurse in this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care and coordinate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and timely communication.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
Job Qualifications:
  • 1 year of acute care Cardiac Care RN experience or similar experience.
  • Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing.
  • Current state of Missouri RN licensure required.
  • BLS certification required at hire and maintained.
  • ACLS required within 6 months.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Excellent oral/written communication, interpersonal, organizational, and leadership skills required.
Compensation and Benefits:

Mid Range: $30.04 - $41.50 (based on years of experience)

Shift Differentials: $4/Nights & $4.00/Weekends

Sign-On Bonus:

LIMITED TIME: $30K SIGN ON (Nights Only) *2 Year Commitment

$12k SIGN ON (Days Only)

Relocation: Case by Case Basis
