Position Title: Cardiac Care Nurse

Our 590-bed facility is equipped with advanced technological resources and features renowned programs, including Level I Trauma, Cancer Care, Burn Center, Neuroscience Institute, and Women's Care Center.

Position Summary: We are seeking a passionate Cardiac Care Nurse to join our team in the Cardiac Telemetry unit. Our nurses provide specialized care to patients recovering from open-heart surgeries, heart catheterization with stent placement, ablations, pacemaker/AICD placement, and other cardiovascular procedures.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and provide patient care under the direction of the Director, Manager, or Nurse Manager.
  • Assume individual responsibility and accountability for nursing care in accordance with hospital policies, state Nursing Practice Acts, and ANA Standards of Practice.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of acute care Critical Care RN experience preferred.
  • Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing.
  • Current Missouri RN licensure required.
  • BLS certification required at hire and maintained.
  • ACLS required within 6 months of hire.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Excellent oral/written communication, interpersonal, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Previous clinical experience preferred but not required.

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary: Mid Range - $30.04 to $41.50 per hour (based on years of experience).
  • Shift differentials: $4/Nights & $4.00/Weekends.
  • Sign-On Bonus: Limited time offer $30,000 SIGN ON (Nights Only) with a 2-year commitment. $12,000 SIGN ON (Days Only).
  • Relocation assistance available on a case-by-case basis.
