Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Desktop Support professional to join our team in Tewksbury, Massachusetts. As a key member of our team, you will provide technical support for our clients' workstations, ensuring seamless operations and high customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide software break-fix support for workstations
  • Perform PC installs, moves, adds, and changes (IMAC)
  • Load images on new devices
  • Recover assets from retired equipment
  • Tag assets for inventory management
  • Offer printer support services
  • Assist with IT service management updates
  • Perform other tasks as needed to maintain workstation operations

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in desktop support is desired, with training provided for new hires
  • Familiarity with PC imaging processes
  • Experience with change management and incident management practices
  • Proficiency in tools like ServiceNow, Bomgar, LapLink, and Secure Disk Wipe

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification as a Dell technician
  • Expertise in inventory control procedures
