Desktop Support Specialist in Massachusetts

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Desktop Support professional to join our team in Tewksbury, Massachusetts. As a key member of our team, you will provide technical support for our clients' workstations, ensuring seamless operations and high customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Provide software break-fix support for workstations
- Perform PC installs, moves, adds, and changes (IMAC)
- Load images on new devices
- Recover assets from retired equipment
- Tag assets for inventory management
- Offer printer support services
- Assist with IT service management updates
- Perform other tasks as needed to maintain workstation operations
Requirements:
- Previous experience in desktop support is desired, with training provided for new hires
- Familiarity with PC imaging processes
- Experience with change management and incident management practices
- Proficiency in tools like ServiceNow, Bomgar, LapLink, and Secure Disk Wipe
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification as a Dell technician
- Expertise in inventory control procedures
