We are seeking a skilled Automotive Technician to join our team at Exclusively Imports Inc. As an Automotive Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing vehicles to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Use your expertise and diagnostic tools to evaluate vehicle malfunction codes and identify the root cause of issues.
- Assist with establishing service center procedures for tracking repair status, maintaining technical documentation, and other necessary protocols.
- Carry out routine vehicle maintenance tasks such as tire rotations, oil changes, and brake pad replacements.
- Conduct in-depth vehicle inspections of all systems, including engine, transmission, and brakes.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and repeat business by providing exceptional service and communication.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or completion of an automotive service technician training program preferred.
- Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certification preferred.
- Strong customer service and communication skills required.
- Mechanical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
