EquipmentShare is seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Field Technician to join our team. As a Heavy Equipment Field Technician, you will be responsible for providing maintenance and repair services for a variety of customer and company-owned heavy equipment machinery and aerial lifts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on heavy equipment machinery and aerial lifts
  • Use advanced mechanical aptitude and working knowledge of tools to diagnose and repair complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems
  • Assist in the training of lower-level technicians as needed
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of work performed
  • Travel to customer job sites as required to perform repairs and maintenance
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; trade school certificate preferred
  • Experience in field service, maintenance, and repair preferred
  • Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and move freely in a fast-paced environment
