Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Automotive Lube Technician to join our team at Ocean Honda of Whittier. As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the highest quality of work on every vehicle that comes through our doors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on vehicles, including oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid checks.
  • Conduct multi-point inspections to identify potential issues and recommend necessary repairs.
  • Work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless communication and a positive customer experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and techniques in the automotive industry, attending training sessions and workshops as needed.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; automotive training or certification a plus.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with automotive software.
