1. Process and input all client orders and distribution accounts on a daily basis.

2. Generate accurate and timely operational reports.

3. Conduct stock assessments to verify product availability.

4. Prepare all necessary documentation related to customer orders, ensuring special requests are addressed and inventory records are updated.

5. Execute precise data entry for receiving, order allocation, shipping, and inventory management.

6. Evaluate domestic transportation invoices.

7. Collaborate with the Transportation and Operations Departments to coordinate urgent shipping requests, expediting orders as needed.

8. Track orders and inform clients of any updates regarding their shipments.

9. Ensure accurate and timely billing for clients and vendors.

10. Maintain records of damages and backorders.

11. Efficiently manage returned merchandise and ensure proper credits are issued to customers.

12. Document all receipts, putaways, moves, picks, shipments, and cycle counts.

13. Communicate effectively with clients as necessary.

14. Provide warehouse personnel with essential documents and information required for receiving and shipping orders.

15. Foster strong relationships with clients by addressing all inquiries and complaints regarding work orders, invoices, shipments, and inventory counts in a professional manner.

16. Relay customer feedback to management, highlighting any indications of dissatisfaction.

17. Serve as a liaison between the warehouse and clients in managing accounts, as well as between the office and clients regarding invoicing and credit information.

18. Support the maintenance of robust relationships with vendors, including trucking companies and others.

19. Assist with miscellaneous projects, filing, and research as needed.

20. Oversee all documentation associated with orders and maintain corresponding files.

21. Keep an updated and accurate DLSOP detailing processing requirements for each account.

22. Answer phone inquiries in accordance with company standards.

23. Receive and process inventory.

24. Ensure accurate and timely data entry into the operating system.
