Reliability Engineer - Product Development

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate reliability risks in product design and development.
  • Develop and implement reliability testing strategies to ensure product performance and durability.
  • Work with Failure Analysis engineers to investigate and resolve reliability issues.
  • Partner with design teams to incorporate reliability lessons learned into future product designs.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to inform reliability testing and analysis.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in reliability engineering, including mechanical stress testing, environmental testing, and failure analysis.
  • BS in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Reliability, Materials, Optical, Industrial or similar).
  • Strong understanding of material properties and failure analysis methodologies.
  • Knowledge of reliability models, accelerated test models, and industry test standards (JEDEC, MIL, ASTM, IEEE).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
