SoC Silicon Reliability Engineer

Craft sophisticated solutions to complex challenges and drive innovation in our Silicon Technologies group. As a key member of our team, you'll help design and manufacture high-performance, power-efficient processors and system-on-chip (SoC) solutions.

About the Role

As a SoC Silicon Reliability Engineer, you'll be responsible for:

  • Driving SoC product, process, and package qualification and reliability tests
  • Conducting failure analysis during product or package qualification
  • Applying JEDEC quality-related standards and ISO
  • Understanding reliability fail modes of silicon and packaging technologies
  • Setting up and executing life, environmental, ESD, and latch-up testing
  • Supporting PCN or ECN activities
  • Implementing quality improvement processes with suppliers
Requirements

We're looking for a candidate with:

  • Relevant experience in SoC reliability engineering
  • Hands-on experience with SoC product and package reliability testing
  • Familiarity with qualification preparation, including BIB/Socket, waveform, electrical bias, thermal effect, and lifetime estimation
  • Experience setting up HTOL, ESD, and latch-up testing
  • BS degree and a minimum of 10+ years of relevant industry experience
  • Device reliability FA experience
  • Driving foundries for process reliability issues
