Job DescriptionChief Executive Officer

Mission:

The Chief Executive Officer will guide RTB & Associates through a pivotal growth phase, fostering innovation, expansion, and a robust market presence. Collaborating with the Leadership Team, the CEO will formulate and implement strategic initiatives to meet the company's objectives. The CEO will mentor and support the executive team and staff, streamline operations, and ensure financial health.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:
  • Craft and execute a detailed growth strategy.
  • Pinpoint new market prospects and areas for development.
  • Establish clear targets and performance indicators for growth initiatives.
Operational Management:
  • Supervise daily operations, ensuring efficiency and scalability.
  • Introduce systems and processes to facilitate growth.
  • Manage resource distribution to enhance productivity.
Financial Oversight:
  • Formulate and oversee budgets to back expansion efforts.
  • Track financial performance and modify strategies as necessary.
  • Guarantee profitability and the overall financial soundness of the organization.
Market and Business Development:
  • Examine market data to discern trends and competitive standing.
  • Build and sustain relationships with key partners, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Support and direct business development initiatives to secure new contracts and partnerships.
Leadership and Team Development:
  • Encourage a culture of innovation, accountability, and ongoing improvement.
  • Design and implement strategies to boost team performance and achieve favorable outcomes.
  • Eliminate barriers and create pathways for leaders to succeed.
  • Promote professional growth and succession planning within the team.
Stakeholder Engagement:
  • Articulate the growth vision and progress to the CEO, investors, Leadership Team, and other stakeholders.
  • Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and in media engagements.
  • Ensure transparency and trust through regular updates and communications.
Corporate Governance and Compliance:
  • Guarantee adherence to legal, regulatory, and ethical standards.
  • Implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential challenges.
Innovation and Technology:
  • Promote innovation in products, services, and processes.
  • Utilize technology to improve operational efficiency and customer experience.
  • Stay informed about industry advancements and integrate relevant technologies.
Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated experience as a Chief Executive Officer, President, or in a senior executive capacity, particularly in steering company expansions for a minimum of three years. Proven ability to develop and execute substantial growth plans.
  • Strong financial insight and experience in budget management.
  • Outstanding leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Capability to build and lead a high-performing team.
  • Robust problem-solving and decision-making skills.
