Position Summary

We are in search of a full-time Executive Assistant to support our Chairman and Chief Strategy Officer. The ideal candidate will exhibit a high degree of professionalism, exceptional organizational skills, and outstanding verbal and written communication abilities. Integrity, maturity, and confidentiality are paramount in this role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver comprehensive support to the CEO/Founder overseeing multiple entities.
  • Manage a highly active calendar, ensuring all participants are informed of upcoming engagements and responsibilities.
  • Organize and schedule various meetings, including reserving conference rooms, preparing meeting materials, and coordinating video conferences.
  • Document minutes during meetings, conferences, and appointments.
  • Supervise and manage an Administrative Team of 4-6 members.
  • Coordinate intricate travel arrangements, both domestically and internationally.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact among executives, employees, clients, and external partners.
  • Facilitate timely and accurate information flow.
  • Prepare and format communications for internal and external audiences, including memos, emails, presentations, and reports.
  • Screen and direct phone calls and manage correspondence.
  • Handle sensitive issues with utmost confidentiality and discretion.
  • Provide after-hours support and maintain a high level of responsiveness.
  • Prepare and submit expense reports.
  • Perform additional clerical tasks as required.

Qualifications

Essential Requirements:

  • Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English is required.
  • 3-4 years of experience in an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar capacity.
  • Strong work ethic and commitment to confidentiality.
  • Ability to follow instructions, take initiative, and proactively manage tasks.
  • Proficient in Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and Zoom.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking with effective follow-up.
  • Adaptable and flexible in approach.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management capabilities.
  • Willingness to travel 30-40% of the time (domestic and international).
  • Experience in the personal care or cosmetics industry is preferred but not mandatory.
