Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the setup and operation of hemodialysis machines
  • Support the maintenance of a safe and clean working environment
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure patient satisfaction and quality care
  • Participate in Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) activities to enhance patient outcomes
  • Provide patient education and support to promote self-care and independence
  • Assist with patient registration and use of connected health
  • Support patient home support as indicated and permissible under state law and applicable regulations
Requirements
  • High School diploma or G.E.D. required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Valid PCT national certification or state-specific certification as defined by Center for Medicaid/Medicare (CMS)
  • At least five years of patient care experience in a hospital setting or a related facility preferred
  • Successful completion of the organization dialysis training program and CPR certification
