Job Summary

Allina Health is a not-for-profit organization with a commitment to Whole Person Care. We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our busy practice in Cambridge, Minnesota.

The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with patients to improve their health and well-being, practicing in a thoughtful manner that considers cultural diversity, individual autonomy, and legal responsibilities.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Working with patients to improve their health and well-being
  • Practicing in a thoughtful manner
  • Actively participating in multidisciplinary team approach to case management
  • Utilizing quality improvement tools to develop processes that promote continuous improvement in delivery of patient care, patient outcomes, or workflows

Requirements include:

  • Licensed Registered Nurse - MN Board of Nursing required upon hire
  • Certified Nurse Practitioner - ANCC - American Nurse Credentialing Center (ANCC) required certification within specialty upon hire
  • Licensed Physician Assistant - MN Board of Medical Practice required upon hire
  • ACLS-BLS Tier 2 - Multisource required within 180 Days
  • Active, non-restricted medical license in MN (or ability to obtain)

Physical demands include:

  • Medium Work*: Lifting weight Up to 32 lbs. occasionally
