Cambridge Cardiology Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our Cardiovascular team at OhioHealth. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will work closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care and support.
Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of cardiovascular conditions
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Conduct thorough patient evaluations, including history, physical examination, and diagnostic testing
- Prescribe medications and order diagnostic tests as needed
- Develop and implement education programs for patients and families on cardiovascular health and disease management
- Master's degree in Nursing from an accredited program
- Current RN license and certification as a Nurse Practitioner
- Experience in cardiovascular nursing or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
