Job Summary:

Allina Health is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join their Same Day Cambridge Clinic team. This outpatient practice provides care to all ages, with clinic hours Monday-Friday: 10am-8pm, Saturday: 9am-5pm, and Sunday: 11am-5pm. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with patients to improve their health and well-being, practicing in a thoughtful manner that considers cultural diversity, individual autonomy, and legal responsibilities.

Key Position Details:

Collaborate with patients to improve their health and well-being
Practice in a thoughtful manner, considering cultural diversity, individual autonomy, and legal responsibilities
Participate in multidisciplinary team approach to case management
Utilize quality improvement tools to develop processes that promote continuous improvement in delivery of patient care, patient outcomes, or workflows

Requirements:

MD, DO, or foreign equivalency training required
BE/BC with ABMS or AOA required
Active, non-restricted medical license in MN (or ability to obtain)
Ability to obtain and/or maintain MN DEA certification and National Provider Identifier (NPI)
Ability to meet criteria/qualifications for Credentialing and hospital privileges, if applicable
ACLS-BLS Tier 3 - Multisource required within 180 Days
Physical Demands: Medium Work*
