Manufacturing Process Development Lead

Entegee is seeking a skilled Manufacturing Process Development Lead to join our team in Hanover, PA. This full-time, permanent position involves leading process development and improvements focusing on safety, quality, delivery, and cost for a leading supplier in the rail, construction, and heavy truck industries.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and document process, tooling, and new product development for thermoformed products.
• Optimize productivity, reduce cycle time, improve quality, reduce scrap, and reduce operating costs through continual process improvement.
• Initiate and assist with capital improvement projects aimed at improving plant capabilities through new equipment purchase and/or facility modification.
• Develop and monitor training plans to ensure personnel are versed in new process requirements.
Requirements
• Bachelor of Science degree in Plastics, Mechanical, Manufacturing, or similar engineering field.
• Minimum of 5 years direct manufacturing experience.
• Solidworks and AutoCad experience a plus.
• Experience in Lean manufacturing, 5S, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or other Lean tools.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills with attention to detail.
