Job Description

Bonnell Aluminum is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Process Manufacturing Engineer to join our team at the Carthage, Tennessee facility. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing process improvements, ensuring the highest level of quality and productivity.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering and experience in a manufacturing environment. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining technical expertise in current and future ERP/MES systems, as well as providing technical support to operations teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase productivity and quality
  • Provide technical support to operations teams
  • Develop and maintain technical expertise in current and future ERP/MES systems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement safety improvements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
  • 0-2 years of experience in maintenance, engineering, and/or technical activities in a manufacturing environment
  • Knowledge of Paint Line, Anodizing, Casting, and Aluminum Extrusion processes
  • Familiarity with PLCs and machine programming languages
