Job Overview

Whaling City Auto Group is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Associate to join our team. As a key member of our business development center, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and expanding our customer base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to incoming phone calls and internet inquiries to set appointments for our sales team
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service
  • Work closely with our sales and finance departments to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Conduct data analysis to identify opportunities for customer retention and repeat sales
Requirements
  • Previous experience in automotive business development is a plus, but not required
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
