Position Overview

As a Licensed Physical Therapist, you will play a crucial role in evaluating and treating individuals with diverse needs. Your expertise will help guide program participants towards achieving their rehabilitation goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of individuals to develop tailored treatment plans.
  • Provide education to clients and team members regarding assessment findings and treatment methodologies.
  • Advise on injury prevention and therapeutic techniques to enhance mobility and functionality.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for each participant.
  • Design, modify, and maintain adaptive equipment as necessary.
  • Support the onboarding and training of new staff and volunteers, while supervising therapy assistants as needed.
  • Comply with all relevant regulations and uphold confidentiality standards.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy with a valid state license.
  • 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in a clinical setting.
  • Proficient in basic computer applications including Windows and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license.
