Your Role:

- Engage in the research, design, development, testing, debugging, documentation, and support of custom .NET applications or Angular to meet investment business requirements.
- Utilize ETL data skills to download and maintain the financial data we rely on, employing data modeling and engineering techniques.
- Deliver on tight product release timelines while collaborating as a cooperative team member in an agile development setting.
- Create technical specifications and release notes for necessary features and architectural improvements.
- Exhibit a client-focused approach, demonstrating a commitment to excellence, meticulous attention to detail, and teamwork.
- Participate in code design and reviews with relevant team members.
- Collaborate with the product owner and delivery team in an agile environment, directly interacting with business partners to establish requirements for new solutions and enhance existing ones.
- Provide ongoing change management, including training and updates to documentation.
- Work closely with broader technology teams to coordinate interdependencies, resolve issues, and understand overlaps among teams and applications.
- Transform our data into insightful reports and dashboards utilized by our business partners.
- Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.

Essential Skills:

- Proficiency with Azure cloud, Databricks, Snowflake, PLSQL, etc.
- Experience with databases (Snowflake, Databricks, SQL Server, etc.).
- Knowledge of report building in Power BI using DAX formulas.
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Python and PySpark.
- Experience as a software engineer/developer in C#.NET, Microsoft .NET technology, or Angular, including WCF, WPF, ASP.Net/Angular, LINQ, MVC, JQuery, Entity Framework, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Understanding of rapid development and agile methodologies, including peer code reviews.
- Experience in building integrations using web service technologies (REST, SOAP/XML).

Desirable Skills:

- Experience in ETL development using Informatica or similar technologies.
- Familiarity with project management tools like Jira.
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proactive and analytical mindset with robust problem-solving skills.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Object-Oriented Analysis, Design, and Programming.
- Experience as an architect with a broader vision of the application ecosystem.
