Compensation

The starting hourly rate for this position is $22.00, with opportunities for advancement based on performance and experience. Additionally, our staff members receive tips from grateful parents and enjoy paid time off for full-time employees.

About the Role

This role requires a strong passion for working with children, excellent communication and leadership skills, and the ability to work 25+ hours per week, including weekends. If you have a background in dance, sports, theatre, or fitness, that's a huge plus

As a Children's Enrichment Program Facilitator, you will be responsible for:
