Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Specialist to join our team in the Cardiac Rhythm Management division in Minnetonka, MN. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing frontline support to ensure the smooth production of our life-saving medical devices. This role involves troubleshooting equipment, maintaining lab space and equipment, and promoting organization. Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain inventory of spare tooling and equipment used in production
  • Place re-orders with internal & external suppliers when necessary
  • Maintain manufacturing lab space and equipment, promoting organization
  • Proactively collect feedback from production operators and communicate with Engineering, Operations, & Quality personnel to drive improvements
  • Assist with yield investigations, including dissecting scrap devices & performing line observations to assess root causes of scrap
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma / GED
  • 2 year technical degree/certificate in electronics preferred
  • 0-2 years experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the medical device industry
  • Demonstrated experience in troubleshooting equipment, building and or testing of electronic assemblies
  • Experience in GMP, ISO, and FDA controlled environments preferred
