Clinical Medical Support Specialist

As a Medical Assistant at All Medical Personnel, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our healthcare facilities. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Key Responsibilities:- Scheduling and confirming patient appointments, check-ups, and physician referrals
- Answering telephones and directing calls to the appropriate staff
- Greeting visitors, assessing their purpose, and directing them to the correct staff member
- Compiling medical charts, reports, and correspondence
- Assisting with electronic medical record (EMR) systems
- Checking patients in and out, collecting co-pays, and maintaining accurate records
- At least 6 months of recent Medical Assistant experience
- Front/Back office experience
- Medical Assistant Diploma/Certificate (if required by the state)
- Active BLS/CPR Card
- Strong phlebotomy skills
- Ability to work in a smoke-free/tobacco-free environment
