Key Responsibilities
  • Restaurant Operations: Assist the General Manager in overseeing and managing all areas of the restaurant, including food and beverage service, customer service, and staff management.
  • Staff Management: Assess staffing requirements, interview, hire, and train hourly staff to ensure a high-performing team.
  • Financial Management: Ensure accurate and timely completion of financial and administrative duties, including invoicing, reporting, and payroll management.
  • Customer Service: Ensure positive guest service in all areas, responding to complaints and taking appropriate actions to turn dissatisfied guests into return guests.
  • Inventory Management: Estimate food and beverage costs, work with the Home office staff to efficiently provision and purchase supplies, and supervise portion control and quantities of preparation to minimize waste.
Requirements
  • Experience: 4 years of experience in restaurant management, including supervisory experience and experience managing cost controls.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Skills: Excellent customer service and communication skills, excellent organization skills, ability to multitask and prioritize tasks, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Certifications: ServSafe or Department of Health certification a plus.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year, as well as a comprehensive benefits package.
