Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Front Desk Coordinator to join our team. As a Front Desk Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and service, while ensuring a smooth and efficient flow of patients through the clinic. You will be the first point of contact for patients and will be responsible for greeting them, checking them in, and answering any questions they may have.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional patient care and service, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience for all patients.
  • Check patients in and out, and answer any questions they may have.
  • Manage the flow of patients through the clinic, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, doctors, and staff to ensure seamless care and service.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including demographic and insurance information.
  • Process payments and handle billing and insurance-related tasks.
  • Participate in marketing and sales efforts to attract new patients and grow the clinic's patient base.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve clinic goals and objectives.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in a healthcare or customer service setting preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of medical software.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
