We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Injury Claims Adjuster to join our team at USAA. As a key member of our claims team, you will be responsible for adjusting attorney-involved moderately complex bodily injury and UM claims, as well as catastrophic auto PIP/MP medical claims.
Key Responsibilities:
- Investigate loss details, determine legal liability, and evaluate claims to ensure fair and timely resolution.
- Communicate effectively with claimants, attorneys, and other stakeholders to provide updates and resolve issues.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex claims and identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments, laws, and regulations to ensure compliance and best practices.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners to facilitate timely claims resolution.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of auto liability or casualty adjusting experience.
- Deep knowledge of auto claims contracts, case law, and state laws and regulations.
- Acquisition and maintenance of insurance adjuster license within 90 days.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

USAA offers a competitive salary range of $61,110 - $116,800, depending on experience and market position. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision plans, 401(k), pension, life insurance, and paid time off.
