Salary:
Competitive hourly wage ranging from $36.42 to $60.33, commensurate with experience and education.
Retention Incentive:
Eligible for a retention bonus between $10,000 and $15,000, depending on experience.
Relocation Support:
Up to $7,500 available for relocation expenses.
Temporary Accommodation:
90 days of temporary housing provided.
Additional Compensation:
Includes shift differentials, annual salary increases, and paid time off.

As a member of our Float Pool team, you will have the opportunity to work across various units within the hospital, including:
- Behavioral Health
- Surgical Unit

- Medical Unit
- Women's Center for mother/baby care
- Intensive Care Unit

Qualifications:
Applicants must hold a valid Alaska RN license and possess an Associate's degree in nursing. BLS certification is mandatory, with additional certifications preferred based on practice area. Candidates should demonstrate strong critical thinking and communication skills.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
A Bachelor's degree in nursing is preferred, along with recent experience in an acute care setting.
