Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive hourly wage: $36.42 to $60.33, based on experience and education.
- Retention Bonus: $15,000 - $20,000 (dependent on experience).
- Relocation Assistance: Up to $7,500 available.
- Temporary Housing: Provided for 90 days.
- Additional Pay: Shift differentials, annual raises, and paid time off.

Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical, psychological, social, and educational needs, ensuring timely documentation and communication with the healthcare team.
- Develop individualized care plans, incorporating patient and family input, and adapt these plans as patient needs evolve.
- Implement care plans through direct patient care and coordination with the healthcare team, ensuring compliance with established policies and procedures.
- Evaluate patient progress and responses to care, adjusting plans as necessary to meet evolving needs.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes.
- Engage in evidence-based practice and contribute to the professional development of colleagues and students.
- Participate in initiatives aimed at improving patient outcomes and nursing quality indicators.
Qualifications
Candidates must possess a valid Alaska RN license and have the knowledge and skills typically acquired through an Associate's degree in nursing. BLS certification is required, with additional certifications based on specific practice areas preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
A Bachelor's degree in nursing is preferred, along with professional certification and recent experience in an acute care setting.
