Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Operating Room team. As a Registered Nurse in our OR, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our surgical team.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care and support to patients undergoing surgical procedures
- Collaborate with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
- Participate in pre-operative and post-operative care, including patient assessment, medication administration, and wound care
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Requirements:
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Massachusetts
- Experience in operating room nursing or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to delivering exceptional patient care and contributing to a positive work environment
