">This is a 40-hour a week full-time position requiring attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
">Responsibilities:
">- ">
- Provide exceptional customer service to residents and guests">
- Meet and greet residents, check guests and service providers in/out">
- Understand and react to emergency response and access control procedures">
- Maintain accurate daily logs, records, and forms">
- Assist with general concierge services and perform administrative clerical work">
- Walk the building premises as directed for monitoring purposes">
- Monitor and control access to the building">
- Resolve and follow-up on all complaints/issues, escalating to supervisor if necessary">
Qualifications:
">- ">
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred">
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Applications, especially Outlook, Word, and Excel">
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills required">
- Able to lift 30-50lbs and stand/sit for long periods">
- Must have the ability to work extended/flexible hours, weekends, and attend Board meetings">
Salary:
">$17.20/hour
