About the Job

This is a full-time position that requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling front desk operations, and ensuring a seamless stay for our visitors.

Responsibilities
  1. Provide personalized attention to our guests, answering their questions, and resolving any issues that may arise during their stay.
  2. Manage room assignments, process payments, and settle guest accounts in a timely and efficient manner.
  3. Maintain accurate records, update databases, and perform other administrative tasks as required.
  4. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless operations and provide excellent guest service.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality or a related field.
  • Previous experience in a hotel or resort setting, preferably in a front desk or guest services role.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Knowledge of hotel software systems, including property management systems and revenue management tools.
  • Familiarity with local laws and regulations regarding employment, safety, and customer data protection.
