Job Overview

Position Summary:
As a Culinary Service Associate at Selrico Services Inc., you will be instrumental in delivering exceptional food and beverage experiences to our patrons. This role is ideal for those who are enthusiastic about the hospitality and dining sector, seeking to become part of a vibrant and expanding team.

Work Schedule:
We offer three shifts: 5AM-1PM; 1PM-9PM; 9PM-5AM, with our Sandwich Shop operating around the clock.

Security Notice:
This is a secure facility; personal phones and electronic devices are prohibited on site. A landline is available for essential communication.

Compensation & Benefits:
We provide a competitive hourly wage ranging from $16 to $18, with weekly pay. Eligible employees can also access benefits such as medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and pathways for career growth within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare serving areas with necessary condiments, utensils, and napkins.
- Welcome customers warmly and professionally, managing their food and beverage orders.
- Ensure all food and beverages are prepared in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Maintain cleanliness in the dining area, including sanitizing tables and disposing of waste.
- Replenish supplies, including drinks and condiments, as required.
- Assist in managing inventory, monitoring stock levels, and placing orders as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during peak times.
- Adhere to all sanitation, hygiene, and safety protocols.
- Uphold a positive and professional demeanor while engaging with customers and colleagues.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Previous experience in the hospitality or food service industry is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with food safety and handling practices.
- Capability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
- Must successfully pass a military background check.

Certification Requirement:
Must obtain a Food Handler Certificate.

ID Requirement:
Must possess a R.E.A.L. ID as per Homeland Security regulations.
