Key Responsibilities:

Oversee administrative responsibilities and supervise administrative staff
Continuously evaluate and improve work processes to ensure effective use of resources
Review and communicate information from company headquarters to relevant employees
Timely review and process non-medical insurance
Support auditing processes
Monitor workplace environment and culture

Requirements:

Excellent leadership skills with strong communication abilities
Thorough knowledge of state and federal employment-related laws and regulations

Understanding and experience with employee safety programs
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects
