Marketing Intern

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Intern to join our team at Lennar Mortgage. As a Marketing Intern, you will assist the Marketing Manager in implementing social media posting and engagement, advertising plans, and marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in creating and scheduling social media content
  • Update community marketing assets as needed
  • Assist with the new website changeover
  • Monitor ad placement on social media
  • Request work orders and monitor changes through
  • Request and coordinate assets with Regional Marketing
  • Monitor the consistency of information listed on websites, PR, directories
  • Remain focused on all opportunities for further cost
  • Assist with research opportunities
  • Maintain listings on various channels
  • Attend company virtual
  • Pull reports from Sprinklr, as necessary
  • Assist with merchandising and community set-up
  • Perform all other duties as assigned
Requirements:
  • Must be a junior or senior at a college or university in a marketing program or recently completed a marketing program
  • Must possess initiative and be highly motivated
  • Basic skills in Microsoft Excel and Word on Mac or PC platforms
  • Maintain regular attendance and punctuality relative to daily work schedule
  • Related work experience preferred
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Strong work ethic, good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Follow directions from a supervisor
  • Interact well with co-workers
  • Understand and follow posted work rules and procedures
  • Accept constructive feedback
  • Team player
Physical Requirements:

Position requires the ability to occasionally bend, stoop, reach, lift, move and carry office materials and supplies weighing 25 pounds or less. Finger dexterity is required to operate a computer keyboard.

The standard base compensation for this position is estimated to be $17.17/an hour.

We reasonably expect the base compensation offered for this position to range from an hourly rate of $1.00 - $100,000, subject to adjustment based on business-related factors such as employee qualifications, geographic pay differentials (e.g., cost of labor/living, etc.), and operational considerations.

This position may be eligible for bonuses.

This position may be eligible for commissions.

This position will be eligible for the described benefits listed in the above section in accordance with Company Policy.
