Your Role and Responsibilities:
This entry-level internship position involves supporting the marketing team in various facets of new home community marketing, which encompasses:
- New community launch
- Coordination of model home merchandising
- Community signage
- Advertising initiatives
- Digital marketing efforts
- General support for the marketing department
Additionally, you will be expected to perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or have obtained a degree in sales or marketing
- Ability to manage multiple, detail-oriented tasks with overlapping deadlines
- Professional representation of the company
- Strong writing skills
- Valid Driver's License
- A collaborative team player with a strong work ethic and integrity; regular attendance and punctuality are essential.

Physical Requirements:
This position may require attendance at meetings outside of the division office and visits to models/communities. The role involves the ability to occasionally bend, stoop, reach, lift, move, and carry office materials and supplies weighing 25 pounds or less. Finger dexterity is necessary for operating a computer keyboard and calculator.

Compensation & Benefits Overview:
The anticipated base compensation for this position is approximately $19 per hour, subject to adjustments based on various business-related factors, including employee qualifications and geographic pay differentials. This position may also be eligible for bonuses and commissions, along with the benefits outlined in accordance with Company Policy.
