Sales Director, Outreach

At WelbeHealth, we're committed to serving the most vulnerable seniors with compassion and quality care. As a member of our leadership team, you'll play a crucial role in guiding our Outreach and Enrollment Team and fostering collaborative relationships across our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive census growth and meet WelbeHealth's gross and net goals
  • Develop and execute marketing, outreach, and community engagement strategies
  • Oversee intake and enrollment processes, ensuring efficiency and conversion
  • Track and report on team performance, including leads, home visits, enrollments, and Salesforce usage
  • Maintain relationships with referral sources, including senior housing, physician groups, and community organizations
  • Collaborate with executive teams to report on key metrics and address problems
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of five years of supervisory experience in senior healthcare services growth/enrollment
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce and Microsoft Office
  • Experience leading in a data-driven organization, leveraging reports to prioritize and oversee people and projects
