Daily Responsibilities of a Lead Member Service Specialist
In this role, you will engage directly with our members, serving as a role model for your colleagues.
Your responsibilities will include a variety of member service tasks, as well as mentoring Member Service Associates in enhancing their sales and service skills through leading by example, providing constructive feedback, and identifying areas for growth.
You will facilitate the establishment of new IRA accounts, interview and guide loan applicants, and assist in opening various types of accounts.
The Lead Member Service Specialist position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, along with a minimum of two years of relevant experience in a banking or credit union environment.
Work Schedule and Benefits
As a Lead Member Service Specialist, you will work a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week, which includes extended hours on select days and a half-day shift every other Saturday.
Sample Work Schedule:

Monday 8:30am - 5:00pm 7:30am - 4:00pm
Tuesday 8:00am - 4:30pm OFF
Wednesday 7:30am - 4:00pm 8:00am - 5:00pm
Thursday 10:00am - 6:30pm 8:00am - 5:00pm
Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm 9:00am - 6:30pm
Saturday OFF 7:30am-1:30pm
