About the Opportunity

As National Sales Manager, you will play a key role in driving growth and expansion within our HVAC division. With a strong background in leadership and management, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to increase revenue and improve operational efficiency.

You will lead a team of region managers and profit centers, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their targets. This will involve identifying emerging trends and opportunities for partnerships or acquisitions, and working closely with stakeholders to develop and implement business plans.

A critical aspect of this role is the ability to create and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial plans. You will work closely with the finance team to develop and implement these plans, ensuring that the division remains financially stable and aligned with company objectives.

To be successful in this role, you will need a strong understanding of the HVAC industry, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A Master's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is essential, as is a proven track record of creating strategies and visions for growth.

The salary for this role is estimated to be around $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, you will also receive a profit share and car allowance.
